5. Payment & Fees

Fees for services are subject to change at any time. Current pricing will be communicated prior to booking or at the time of scheduling.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject up to a $50 fee after the second incident.

7. Herbal Medicine Disclaimer

Herbal recommendations are provided based on traditional Chinese medicine principles and individualized assessment.

Results may vary. Herbal formulas are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease as defined by conventional medical standards.
